GIORGOS PLATINOS
With a career alongside culinary luminaries like Gilles Marchal and Philippe Urraca, his expertise is remarkable. Many of us first savored his exquisite desserts at Spondi, Lycabettus and various hotels within the Andronis group in Santorini. Today, his delectable creations continue to delight diners at the esteemed The Zillers Rooftop Gastronomy. His dedication and talent have been duly recognized, earning him the prestigious title of Restaurant Pastry Chef of the Year not once, but twice.
