Roussos. Both Synecdoche and Synthesis menus demonstrate Chef Roussos’ culinary
philosophy, which can be characterized as Authentically Greek. His dedication to
tradition is evident in his cuisine, where he constantly manages to reinvent classic
Greek dishes, deconstructing them into their basic elements, in order to reconstruct
them through his own personal perspective.
