Our unwavering pursuit of culinary perfection has been recognized with a Michelin Star since 2022, which we have proudly upheld through 2023 and 2024, alongside multiple Golden Chef Hat distinctions. VASILIS ROUSSOS
At the Zillers Rooftop Gastronomy, Chef Vasilis Roussos presents a dining experience that captures the essence of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine in a truly unique way.
His culinary journey has taken him from studying at Le Monde to being a part of several prestigious culinary establishments in Greece. He boasts an illustrious career spanning from Michelin-starred Botrini’s Restaurant and CTC Restaurant to Poseidonion Grand Hotel Spetses, Cavo Tagoo Mykonos, Canaves Oia, and Selene Restaurant. Vasilis Roussos has also been honored with the FNL Guide and Toque D’or Awards.
Georgios Platinos is a Pastry Chef based in Athens who has worked with Gilles Marchal, Gilles Simon Deliyannis, Philippe Urraca, and at several award-winning restaurants in Greece. He was awarded Restaurant Pastry Chef of the Year twice.
