Individually unique, our talented culinary team works together to guide you through the art of fine dining. Our fantastic culinary and service team are the most impressive professionals we could’ve ever wished for. They prepare unforgettable dishes using the finest ingredients and the most creative techniques. At The Zillers Rooftop Gastronomy, our team is committed to crafting an extraordinary dining experience by embracing the farm-to-table philosophy. Our unwavering pursuit of culinary perfection has been recognized with a Michelin Star since 2022, which we have proudly upheld through 2023 and 2024, alongside multiple Golden Chef Hat distinctions. These accolades solidify our place among the most prestigious dining establishments in Greece year after year.
VASILIS ROUSSOS
His culinary philosophy, which can be characterized as Authentically Greek, has been
shaped by his tenure at some of the country’s top restaurants alongside Greece’s most
influential chefs. Varoulko, Botrini’s Restaurant, Petra Restaurant in Oia and the legendary Selene
Restaurant in Santorini were the most important milestones in his career before taking
over the culinary program at The Zillers Rooftop Gastronomy. His dedication to tradition is evident in his cuisine, where he constantly manages to
reinvent classic Greek dishes, deconstructing them into their basic elements, in order to
reconstruct them through his own personal perspective.
Georgios Platinos is a Pastry Chef based in Athens who has worked with Gilles Marchal, Gilles Simon Deliyannis, Philippe Urraca, and at several award-winning restaurants in Greece. He was awarded Restaurant Pastry Chef of the Year twice.
